• According to the Government Decree450/2023 (X. 4.), which entered into force on 02.01.2024, a non-reusable product subject to a mandatory return fee is subject to a return fee of HUF 50 per item. • Tourist tax: 750 HUF/person/night (over 18 years)
• Parking: 1,500 HUF in the unguarded surface car park behind the hotel, closed by a barrier, and 5,000 HUF/car/night in the unguarded garage (8 parking spaces), which is monitored by a camera and not included in the room rate. Important information: the parking gate can only be opened with the magnetic card you receive at check-in, so please check in at the reception as the first step on arrival.

• Rooms can be reserved from 14.00 on the day of arrival and are available until 10.00 on the day of departure. The room will be held until 18:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive late, please inform the reception in advance. In case of no-show, we will automatically cancel your reservation for several days.

• Discounts for children:
  • Up to the age of 4 years, accommodation and board in parents' room on extra bed, cot, baby cot free of charge.
  • Between 4 and 12 years old, 50% discount on the price for adult guests when sharing room with parents on extra bed.

The hotel prefers to issue paperless electronic invoices, so if you agree to this, please provide the e-mail address to which the invoice can be sent by the hotel.

• The deadline for cancellation of New Year's Eve reservations free of charge is 15.11.2026, after this date the penalty will be the full amount of the reservation.

• In case of online payment, the payment and cancellation terms and conditions apply according to the selected discount, payment method or promotional code.
  If the order:
  Order with 100% online payment - cannot be cancelled, or
  Order with 50% online payment - cannot be cancelled
  a penalty will be charged for any change or cancellation of the booked accommodation.
  The penalty is 50% or 100% of the amount of the deposit paid, depending on the offer chosen, from the moment of booking.

• In the event of early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be payable.

• Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
