	Any changes in the applicable legislation may result in automatic changes. From 1 September 2021, in accordance with the legislation in force, accommodation providers in Hungary will be required to record all guests' personal data, as defined by law, through the use of a document scanner upon arrival. The accepted documents are: identity card or passport. The regulation applies to all guests, and from 1 January 2023 children will also be required to present a photo document in order to use our services. For more information: vizainfo.hu/en/guests Local tourist tax: 590 HUF/person/night (for all guests over 18 years), which is not included in the room rates and is payable on the spot. Parking: in the parking lot behind the hotel, closed by a barrier, 4 EUR/car/night, not included in the room rate. Please note that the parking gate can only be opened with the magnetic card you receive upon check-in, so please check in at the reception as the first step upon arrival.
	Rooms are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival and until 10.00 on the day of departure. The room will be held until 18:00 on the day of arrival. Please inform the reception desk in advance of late arrival. In case of no-show, we will automatically cancel your reservation for several days. Please note that early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and are limited; please check with the hotel reception.
	Meals: the price of the meals included in the offer is EUR 28 per person per night, EUR 14 per person per night for children aged 4-12 years.

For New Year's Eve bookings, please confirm your order with a 100% full booking value no later than 7 days after booking.

After receipt of the advance payment, the invoice will be sent by post.

The cancellation deadline for the New Year's Eve period is 60 days prior to arrival, and in the event of cancellation or non-arrival after this date, the penalty is the full amount of the service ordered.
