	From 1 September 2021, in accordance with the legislation in force, accommodation providers in Hungary will be required to record all guests' personal data, as defined by law, through the use of a document scanner upon arrival. The accepted documents are: identity card or passport. The regulation applies to all guests, and from 1 January 2023 children will also be required to present a photo document in order to use our services. Pursuant to Government Decree (X. 4), a HUF 50 redemption fee per piece must be paid for non-reusable products subject to a mandatory redemption fee. The scope of the regulation covers consumer packaged metal, plastic and glass beverage packaging with a capacity of 0.1-3 litres. Parking: 3 EUR/car/night in the unguarded surface parking lot behind the hotel with a barrier, 14 EUR/car/night in the unguarded garage (8 parking spaces) monitored by a camera, which is not included in the room price. It is important to note that the parking barrier can only be opened with the magnetic card received at check-in, so please check in at the reception as the first step upon arrival!
	Rooms are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival and until 10.00 on the day of departure. The room will be held until 18:00 on the day of arrival. Please inform the reception desk in advance of late arrival. In case of no-show, we will automatically cancel your reservation for several days. Please note that early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and are limited; please check with the hotel reception.

Payment and cancellation conditions

Please confirm the order for the New Year's Eve period with the full, 100% reservation value no later than 01. October 2024. Please be sure to provide us with your billing name and address by e-mail before the transfer by clicking on the following e-mail address: rezervacio@hotelaquasol.hunguesthotels.hu, to which the advance invoice and the final invoice will be issued. After receipt of the advance payment, the invoice will be sent by post.

The free cancellation deadline for the New Year's Eve period is the 60th day before arrival, in case of subsequent cancellation or non-arrival, the penalty is the full amount of the ordered service. In the case of online payment, the payment and cancellation conditions corresponding to the selected discount / payment method or promotional code apply.
