  • Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
  • Guests can park free of charge in the Kossuth Lajos Street car park (750 m) or pay parking is available in the Hévíz Big Car Park (650 m).

  • From 2025.01.01.2025 the tourist tax is 780 HUF/person/night, which is not included in the room rates, payable on the spot.

  • In the remittance note please indicate the name and billing address (address) of the person making the reservation.
    Without this information we will not be able to record the amount received for your reservation.
  • If you are requesting an invoice in company name, please include the company's tax number, the advance invoice and the final invoice will be issued to the same name and address.
  • If you order the hotel services without paying the deposit, our hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered at the latest on arrival.
  • The advance payment invoice will be sent electronically to the e-mail address provided without any further request, or, in the absence of such e-mail address, will be handed over to our guests upon arrival at the latest.
  • The balance will be payable on arrival on the spot.
  • In case of online payment, the payment and cancellation terms according to the selected discount / payment method or promotion code will apply.
