	Room surcharges: if you book a room type other than the standard room type, you will have to pay a surcharge, which you can ask for at the hotel. Payment terms

The advance payment obligation is 50% of the total amount when booking within 5 calendar days after booking. The balance is payable on arrival on the spot.

Cancellation conditions

For bookings made during the Christmas and holiday season, cancellations are free of charge until midnight on the 31st day before arrival. Cancellations made from 30 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount of the reservation as a penalty. In case of early cancellation, neither the amount of the reservation nor the deposit paid will be refunded.
