	On-site payment by SZÉP card is only possible if the cardholder is present and is a guest of the hotel! Payment terms

The advance payment obligation is 50% of the total amount when booking within 5 calendar days after booking. The balance is payable on arrival on the spot.

Cancellation conditions

Bookings madefor holidays, long weekends and school holidayscan be cancelled free of charge until midnight on the 31st day before arrival. Cancellations made from 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the booking amount as a penalty. The use of a SZÉP card (either on the spot or in advance) is only possible if the cardholder is participating in the trip and staying on the spot! In case of early departure, we are not able to refund the amount of the reservation or the deposit paid.
