Payment terms

ForNew Year's Eve bookings, we ask for a 100% depositfrom our guests. The deposit is the total amount of the reservation and must be paid at the latest 30 days before arrival. Any other charges will have to be paid on the spot.

Cancellation conditions

Reservations made forNew Year's Eve can be cancelled free of charge until midnight on the 31st day before arrival. For cancellations made from 30 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the reservation amount as a penalty. In the event of early departure, neither the amount of the reservation nor the deposit paid will be refunded.
