Payment terms

ForNew Year's Evereservations, the deposit is 100% of the total amount of the reservation and must be paid into the hotel's bank account no later than 30.09.2026. Any other charges will have to be paid on the spot. The use of a SZÉP card (either on the spot or in advance) is only possible if the cardholder is participating in the trip and staying on the spot!

Cancellation conditions

ForNew Year's Evebookings, cancellations can be made until 15.11.2026 free of charge.For cancellations made after 16.11.2026, the hotel will charge 100% of the total amount of the reservation as a penalty. In case of earlier cancellation, we will not be able to refund the amount of the reservation or the deposit paid.
