• Payment terms

  If no payment is made at the time of booking, a deposit will be requested. The deposit is 50% of the total amount of the reservation and must be paid into our bank account no later than 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation conditions

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until midnight on the 15th day prior to arrival. Cancellations made from the 14th day before arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount of the reservation as a penalty. In case of early cancellation, neither the amount of the reservation nor the deposit paid will be refunded. If you order hotel services without paying a deposit, the hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered at the latest on arrival. In the case of online payment, the payment and cancellation terms and conditions apply according to the discount/payment method or promotional code selected.
